In winter we help to strengthen your spine, calm your nervous system and to support your energy levels. The organs nourished during these retreats are the Bladder and the Kidneys which both govern your nervous system, & your structure (bones, hair, nails,teeth and mineral content in your blood).
They also provide you with greater self confidence and an ease/flow of motivation and drive to carry you effortlessly through your days.

The wholefood organic meals and informative practical dietary advice during the retreat will help strengthen, stabilise and recharge your body in winter.

A sense of stillness and deeper connection to yourself is aided with meditation, guided Yoga Nidra & Pranayama each day.

Winter is a time to heal yourself and become calmer and more confident about who you are. So join us to rest and rejuvenate this coming winter.
