All classes are general level except when stated on the timetable. Just come along and take it at your own pace until you get more familiar with the breath and the poses.

Can I Practice Ki Yoga When I’m Pregnant?
Ideally we recommend a Private session(s) at a Pre-Natal class with Bec or ask her advice first. We recommend Mary-Louise Parkinson who is an expert in Pre & Post Natal Yoga care so please contact her on 0418 865 402.
Our classes are not designed to accommodate the special needs of pregnant women. Although our classes are fantastic before and after pregnancy (build pelvic floor strength and is very healing post birth)
