OVERVIEW
A profoundly effective Japanese style of Yoga which changes seasonally to support the related meridians (energy channels as used in acupuncture). Each class engages your breath, your hara (your core strength) and will help to calm your mind and balance your body.

We recommend that beginners take it slowly and get to know the Ki Yoga breath, dialogue and postures before they perform stronger postures (Asanas)

Always listen to your body. You know your body better than anyone! Please rest or do less repetitions if you feel discomfort or if you feel overwhelmed or short of breath. Yoga is not a competition so be kind to yourself and have fun!

All of our teachers have an enthusiastic & playful teaching style which assists their students to be challenged to reach their full potential on the yoga mat as well as in life. As one student was quoted saying after a class, “it changes the way my feet meet the ground”
