A warm welcome to the Sotai Yoga community.
We offer weekly Ki Yoga classes which help keep students vital & robust all year round!
The Japanese style of Ki Yoga focuses on organ health through specific corrective therapy yoga asanas (poses)
So each season we strengthen particular organs & support people to be emotionally & mentally resilient in these busy times.

    • Spring is the season of fresh new beginnings both in our lives and in nature. Flowers are blooming, seedlings sprouting and plenty of birds and animals being born.
    • This is the time of year to detoxify and spring clean your liver and gall bladder to shake off the ‘winter coat’ and any grumpiness!
    • Yoga for the joints, tendons, ligaments, eyes and the immune system. When the wood element is functioning well we feel flexible enough to change direction, inspired and connected to our insight, goals and vision for the year ahead.

    COOKING TIPS:

    Light and faster cooking methods such as steamed, quick stir fry and salads.
    Leafy bitter greens (eg rocket and bok choy), lemons, vinegars, citrus, green apples etc.
