Bec has been teaching yoga since 2004 to adults & children and continues to think it is the best “job” in the world!

“It’s a great honour to hold a space for people to feel safe and to break through patterns which may hold them back in life. I’m inspired to hear how much people gain from Ki Yoga!”

The Therapy of Ki Yoga has been fundamental for Bec in maintaining her own good health and then being able to share these amazing benefits with her students.

Bec is passionate about helping people find their joy, direction and balance in their life.

Bec is incredibly proud to be teaching Children’s Yoga for Zenergy Yoga and classes for adults at St Peters Uniting Church in Freshwater. Bec supports Cate Peterson in her grand vision to promote Yoga across Australia & New Zealand via Yoga Hive & her other amazing project – LovEarth Eco Yoga mats.


    Lee-Anne O'Brien

    While living and working as a designer in the UK, Lee-Anne discovered a new calling: yoga teaching and soon changed profession and countries to pursue her dream. She was trained by Duncan Peak at Power Living Yoga in Sydney, and has been on an exciting path of growth since.

    Her style brings in the strength and focus of Power Yoga, and balances that with her knowledge of Yin and Yoga Therapy. She has also trained with Loraine Rushton from Zenergy Yoga, and teaches yoga to early childhood through to teens, and co-leads on the Teacher Training Courses. With 3 children of her own she understands that yoga is beneficial for every age!

    Classes are seasonal and designed to reflect what organs need support at different times of the year. With a strong focus on classes that nurture, nourish and strengthen, she looks to tailor classes to meet the needs of students to facilitate their own healing and personal growth.

        Beth has been in the health and fitness industry for the past 7 years, working as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, massage therapist and yoga teacher.

        Beth enjoys encouraging and motivating people to adopt a healthy lifestyle. She believes that everyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice, as it improves the body, mind and soul.

        Through studying Zen Ki Yoga®, Beth has experienced many positive changes both physically and emotionally and has become very passionate about sharing the benefits of practicing Zen Ki Yoga®.
