Each element corresponds to the qualities and energy of that particular season.There is also a relationship between these seasons, with the elements and how they relate to the associated organs in our body.

- Millet, amaranth & buckwheat, nuts and seeds, white vegetables (cauliflower, daikon, cabbage, onions)
