Sotai Yoga adopts the incredible meridian-based healing arts of Japan and China along with the Five Element theory.
The Five Element theory is a practical system which demonstrates how we engage with the cycles of nature. Each element corresponds to the qualities and energy of that particular season. There is also a relationship between these seasons, with the elements and how they relate to the associated organs in our body.

The energy is unique in each season and all of the Five Elements interact with and depend upon each other just as our organs do in our body.
