COOKING TIPS:
No food will nourish you properly when this element is out of balance. Chew your food really well to absorb and assimilate the sweetness/goodness of your meals to aid digestive strength and regulate blood sugar levels. Use sweet, rounded earth coloured root vegetables such as:
pumpkin, carrots and sweet potatoes. Include adzuki beans and millet.
